4th Day - Fish Market

Kak Beni took us to the Fish Market.
Going there with Dai & Kak Beni is like going out with two chefs. Dai just can't be happier to see all the fish he could possibly import for his business.

Had lunch at the ship dock area. Once again, good environment, fresh food, good wine, food hungry friends, what more can we ask for.

Unbelievable, but the fish market serves good laksa. Laksa? Yup, turns out that the workers in the fish market are all Indonesians!

Iya, bisa tawar-tawar!!

Growing Asian Population

Australia is an immigrant country. Due to its location, many Asians have found Australia as one of the popular places to migrate. After buying some fish at the Fish Market, Kak Beni took us to a Korean supermarket to complete the ingredients.
Besides the wide Korean area, is the even more huge Chinese area.

Oh, found something interesting.
In the suburbs of Sydney, Hotel does not mean accomodation. If you're visiting Australia, carefull guys! Hotel here means they sell alcohol, they have license to operate a casino. Mostly though, means like pub, they say.

3rd Day - Blue Mountain

Woke up, had sandwich made by Kak Beni, took the train to Town Hall.
Met up with our Blue Mountain guide Mr. Fen who spoke Japanese very fluently. Very informative about migration to Australia, too.
The picture on the left is called The Three Sisters. According to the Aborigine legend, three sisters avoid being kidnapped by the monster, turned themselves into rocks.

Her plans are to go to Chili, South America, North America, Europe, Spain, Asia, and back to Japan.
Very polite, likable person.

IMAX is my favourite, where ever it is located. It can never go wrong. Love the 3D, love the big screen (5 times the normal size). What more, this documentary is narrated by Johnny Depp and Kate Winslet !

Harbour Scenes - Beautiful !

Star City - Hotel & Casino

No, no. No gambling for us, but made an entrance as if.

Had great dinner on the terrace. Fresh air, great view, great food, great wine, great company.

Domaine Chandon Australia was established in 1985 as part of Moet & Chandon's expansion into the global sparkling wine market. Umm... Yummy !

2nd Day - Art Gallery of NSW

The Art Gallery of New South Wales is the leading museum of art in New South Wales and Sydney, and one of Australia's foremost cultural institutions. It holds significant collections of Austalian, European and Asian art, and presents nearly forty exhibitions annually.

This statue was created in 1919. Could this be a revival fashion?
